1. I will be notified as soon as you book your appointment.

2. I'll take a look at your request to ensure availability and personally reach out through email or text within 24 hours to welcome you to my studio and ask any questions I may have after reviewing your information. I will also include details about how to find the studio, where to park and everything else you could ever need to know before you arrive.

3. Once You do arrive at the studio I'll have you complete a fun new guest introduction form before we begin, offer you some refreshments and get you wrapped in a nice relaxing robe. We will discuss both your short term and long term hair goals before we get started on your hair transformation. My studio is relaxing, and full of good vibes only. I know you'll love it just as much as I do!
 

4. After you leave my chair feeling amazing and brand new. You'll take home some complementary hair care goodies, tips on how to preserve your hair in between appointments, and an opportunity to win some Power Points to use on your next service.
